You will join a front-office aligned development environment supporting execution activity across multiple asset classes. The role focuses on building and maintaining tools that support both voice and electronic trading, with close interaction with business users and rapid feedback cycles. The environment is delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on ownership, reliability, and responsiveness to changing business needs.

Your future role within QRT

  • Develop and maintain tools that support execution workflows across voice and electronic trading

  • Build dashboards and visualisation tools to improve transparency and decision-making for trading activity

  • Deliver features in a highly collaborative environment with fast iteration and immediate user feedback

  • Take ownership of production systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives

  • Evolve and extend the technology stack in response to changing execution and market requirements

Your present skillset

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer

  • Strong experience delivering and supporting production-quality Python/C/C++/Java/C# applications

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a front-office or execution-adjacent context

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS

  • Exposure to additional production programming languages
