Quantitative Developer - Crypto, AI

You will join the QRT Crypto desk, which develops systematic trading strategies across centralised and decentralised markets. The team combines advanced technology, research, and trading expertise to support a fully automated, global platform. In this role, you will focus on leveraging AI and ML techniques (including LLMs and anomaly detection models) to enhance decision-making, drive automation, and scale the platform. You will collaborate closely with Researchers and Traders to deploy production-ready intelligence systems.

Your future role within QRT

• Build and enhance the quant technology stack powering systematic crypto trading
• Lead applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects that support automation, anomaly detection, and data analysis
• Design and deploy applications using LLMs, deep learning, and statistical models
• Work with Researchers and Traders to implement and scale 24/7 trading strategies

Your present skillset

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Python skills and a solid statistical foundation
• Experience delivering scalable, real-time applications in production environments
• Proven track record applying AI/ML methods in an institutional setting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
