About the role:

The Quality Training Coordinator will be competent with the Learning Management System and administrative tasks. This role will be part of the Quality team and need a strong sense of understanding compliance and adherence to a regulated environment. They will be expected to evaluate and document training activities. This person is responsible to partner with the business to offer solutions in how to best support the delivery and deployment against training needs. This role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support the Global Quality organization’s training program, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and business strategy.

  • Support internal business partners and stakeholders to fulfil employee training needs.

  • Track and report on training outcomes, create and develop reports in the Learning Management System.

  • Maintain data entry, training records, and LMS administrative support.

  • Assist Process Lead, Global Quality Training and business partners to deploy and deliver training requests in the LMS. 

  • Provide expertise within the LMS to support streamlined and consistent use of the system, while offering and implementing solutions to continuously improve the process. 

  • Provide troubleshooting and level one support to end users and managers in the LMS. 

  • Assist and coordinate communications, scheduling and logistics for internal and external training support. 

  • Assist to implement change and communication plans in support of the Quality training program at ConvaTec. 

  • Provide manager support during internal and external audits. 

  • Additional task and project-based work as needed. 

Your Skills & Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience: system data entry, administrative support and completing daily que of workload/intake

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to interact with all levels and disciplines of the Quality Organization

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing business needs, identifying gaps and root causes, and recommending solutions to achieve desired performance outcomes.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or other related field 

  • At least 1 year experience in professional administrative role. Strong preference for experience within a global Medical Device organization or life science. 

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English

Working Conditions

This position can be performed remotely. However, the employee will be asked to be present in the office and/or travel to various ConvaTec locations on occasion for specific events or to meet training needs, participate in audits, etc.

Special Factors

Maintain communication with contacts across several time zones worldwide. Ability to adjust work schedule to meet business needs.
