How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Projects may include the following responsibilities:

  • Involvement in quality activities associated with the sterile manufacture of pharmaceutical products

  • Supporting the Quality Management Systems ensuring the quality assurance of our manufacturing operations

  • Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry standard processes.

  • Become a process champion; critically review specific processes with excellent attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.

  • Qualify as a QSME and provide cross functional training

  • Collaborate with a variety of teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the execution of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with team members across the site to support audit readiness.
  • Building strong partnerships with the Quality and operations teams as well as external suppliers to ensure the highest level of compliance.

  • Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives as a PPI champion

How will you get here?

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a Life Sciences-or Business related degree.

  • 0 years of work experience required;

  • Proficiency using computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

  • Native (or proficient) in English.

  • Internship will fulfill a 12-month University placement within curriculum.

  • Ability to be onsite – this is not a remote opportunity.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.

  • Strong time management and personal integrity
