The Quality Specialist will implement quality audit processes, conduct inspections, track CAPAs, analyze issues, and support continuous improvement in finance operations.
We are seeking a quality-driven professional to join our team as a Quality Audit Specialist (RTR, FP&A, OTC) – Global Business Services for Finance and Procurement Operations. This role is critical in driving consistent audit and compliance practices, identifying process gaps, and contributing to operational excellence across finance service delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in quality inspections, process evaluations, and improvements that align with global standards, ensuring accurate, efficient, and high-performing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain standardized quality audit processes to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Lead quality inspections, document findings, and provide trend analysis; participate in audit calibrations.
- Track CAPAs, ensure timely resolution, and coordinate documentation with process leads.
- Analyze quality issues, recommend improvements, and collaborate with Operations and GPO to enhance performance.
- Provide feedback on process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct QA during stabilization period of new processes; contribute to training design and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Experience in Shared Services or Finance Operations, particularly in audit, compliance, or quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of transactional accounting processes (FP&A, GL, AR) and internal controls.
- Knowledge of TQM, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and process excellence.
