Lead quality management in Bristol & Swansea depots, ensuring compliance with standards, managing audits, and developing quality practices.
Your Role To act as lead for the Bristol & Swansea (South-West) depots in the areas detailed below,Responsibilities
- Proactively review, manage & develop good practice in the areas of quality, food, feed and environmental management to ensure we achieve the standards required of us by customers, supplier and regulators.
- Maintain & develop the businesses managements systems (i.e. ISO 9001 & 14001, BRC & FEMAS) to ensure customer retention
- Manage & develop the customer complaints system including direct interaction with customers
- Maintain & develop the depots policies & procedures
- Manage & lead 3rd party, customer & supplier audits
- Support Site Managers to develop positive safety culture & fulfil regulatory requirements
- To assist with providing leadership at site when the Site Manager is unavailable
- Ensure full compliance with Brenntag UK & Irelands key policies and procedures
- Maintain and develop HACCP policies, principles and best practice
- Provide support to other departments with audits, training, etc.
- Manage & lead the internal audits program
