Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Food Safety &Quality Intern, based in Milan, to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As Food Safety & Quality Intern you will be supporting the European Food Safety and Quality department for external factories and suppliers while developing to your fullest potential within this internship. As an intern you will participate to our Young Talent Program taking ownership of projects and working closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. About the position
In brief, you will support on the following tasks:
- Support project coordination, communication and documentation activities within: Food Safety and Quality Risk Mitigation Projects and Food Safety and Quality Process Improvement for Suppliers and External Factories.
- -Coordination and collation of information from our global suppliers on improvements, KPI's and monitoring process of improvements.
- -Identify, track, report and support in updating and communicating information related to key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Management, organization and consolidation of information for regional and global communication and planned meetings.
- Analyzing Information and supporting the global management team
Specific Team Requirements:
- HACCP, food operational knowledge and risk management are crucial - Product development experience is a plus
- You are precise with data, analytical and result driven.
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant degree in Food Quality Management/ Food Technology/Nutrition Sciences /Food Safety
- Languages: business fluent English
- Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
