This is a fixed term contract for 18months

Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

About the role:

Based from home, Diageo’s Quality team cover England, Scotland and Wales. Together they are responsible for growing and protecting Diageo’s market-leading Draught Brands (Guinness, Pimm’s and Draught Cocktails), ensuring fantastic quality serves and perfect pints in On Trade outlets. 
Working in a team of 8-14 people, you’ll repair draught equipment breakdowns, install equipment in pubs, bars and restaurants and complete planned calls in your area to maximise visibility and achieve brand advocacy. If you’re motivated by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside other talented and driven members of the team, where you will always be learning and growing then this is the role for you! 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver KPI targets for the territory.
  • Ensure all processes are adhered to in every job including outlet data capture and equipment asset management.
  • Complete required reactive draught technical work to a high standard including installation and repair.
  • Operational management of key events including set up of mobile and on-site draught equipment.
  • Champion draught Quality through completing proactive calls to target outlets, ensuring Quality standards are met, brand visibility is maximised and sales drivers are in place.
  • development opportunities, projects, leadership, ownership etc.


Experience / skills required:

  • Passion for the Drinks industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including rapport building and influencing.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency on digital platforms
  • Commercial competence
  • Technical dispense experience is valuable but training will be offered.

Please note you must demonstrate you have the right to work in the UK, be over 21 years of age and hold a full, clean driving license and proof of active driving experience of at least 1 year.
