We are currently seeking an exceptional Quality professional with aerospace or automotive experience, to join us as a Customer Quality Engineer at our site in Spondon, Derby.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will work with designated customers to provide an accurate review of performance and a quick response to any customer enquiries.
Additionally, you will seek to improve performance to designated customers through robust containment/problem resolution. You will manage time sensitive issues using initiative, accuracy and pace.
Other key activities of the role are:
Non-conformance management including containment activity on site at Incora, and at Customer sites when required
Ability to review engineering drawings and part specifications to validate non-conformance claims
Interfacing with the Supply Chain team to understand mission critical issues that need Quality support to resolve.
You will use a broad range of MS Office tools to respond to customers via email and record customer complaints on Excel.
Support the Supplier Quality team by supplying them with accurate supporting data to allow a swift resolution.

Starting salary between £32,000 and £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
