Position Summary

The role supports Quality Control testing activities by performing essential laboratory maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a versatile position covering all general lab maintenance areas—such as bacteria recovery, stock control, media preparation—as well as some testing of raw materials.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of bacterial cultures
  • Testing of product accessories (e.g., dosing heads)
  • Manufacture of agar media
  • Monitoring and replenishing laboratory stock
  • Conducting environmental monitoring in production areas
  • Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment
  • Equipment calibration
  • Proper waste disposal
  • Performing any additional duties within the scope of the role

 

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and open communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to meet deadlines and adapt to workload demands
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
