About the role 🖥️


Join our amazing team as Quality Control Associate – permanent contract & full-time (40h/w).


Reporting to the Quality Control & Authentication Team Leader based in our UK Office, the Quality Control Expert ensures the quality control of all received products into our DC to guarantee the compliance of sales announcements and make reliable transactions, in accordance with our company standards.

What you’ll be doing 👜

  • Conduct and maintain appropriate controls & quality inspections and ensure it meets with VC Academy standards & specifications.
  • Identify the blocking points that could hinder the transaction and make the most appropriate decision for our Seller-Buyer community.
  • Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily
  • Make all the necessary comments to the product data sheet to make the transaction reliable and avoid returns.
  • Create and maintain quality control procedures and standards 
  • Manage additional projects with minimal supervision
  • Possibility to support other departments

Who you are ⭐

  • Previous experience with fashion items (clothing, shoes and accessories) control, retail, refurbishment, and/or repairs is a plus
  • Passionate about fashion industry, luxury brands and vintage items
  • Curiosity, a methodical approach & extreme attention to detail
  • A passion for sharing knowledge/expertise & willingness to learn/improve processes where needed 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced facility environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a positive attitude no matter what the task requires 
  • Strong communication skills and able to effectively convey our brand image. A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Customer centric and solution oriented
  • Outstanding work ethic and ability to reach daily quota and goals
  • Basic computer and data skills
