You're passionate about driving operational excellence and ensuring quality in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on identifying improvement opportunities, streamlining processes, and collaborating with diverse teams. You're a detail-oriented problem-solver with a knack for data analysis and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
- Design, execute, and assess quality assurance programs to enhance transaction operations.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives using Lean methodologies and Six Sigma frameworks.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and track performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements and support strategic objectives.
What you'll bring:
- Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process improvement frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance metrics analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Experience in change management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
