The Corporate Technology team manages the IT requirements of the corporate functions within Squarepoint. We work with Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment & Talent, and other corporate teams to review current and proposed processes and provide design solutions, as well as test, implement and provide post-production support for any implemented changes. We also get involved in onboarding 3rd party applications and work with technical core teams to build custom inhouse solutions.

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our testing activities across Workday system other integrated platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Financials, HCM, Integrations, Workday Tax, Account payables and Procurement modules. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following

  • Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and schedules for Workday implementations and updates including new releases.
  • Functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Workday modules.
  • Experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT), risk assessments, and performance-related testing for Workday Financials.
  • Identify, document, and track issues/defects and work closely with the development and implementation teams to ensure resolution.
  • Work with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end testing is comprehensive and aligned with business needs.
  • Automate testing processes where possible and provide detailed reports on test outcomes and progress.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to test processes, documentation, and methodologies.
  • Test Delivery Management for full end to end testing of entire Workday system along with integrations to other systems/applications.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer IT or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 8+ years of experience working on Workday functional areas (Finance and HCM), including integration within the full lifecycle.
  • Strong experience in defect management and coordination in challenging situations and meet the timelines.
  • Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
  • Flexible with the ability to and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.
  • Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring out the best out of everyone.
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Transformation, Test Automation, Performance Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
  • Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
