Programme Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, product, programme, and delivery teams to ensure testing is integrated into delivery plans.
  • Manage testing dependencies across the programme to minimise risk and avoid delivery bottlenecks.
  • Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to programme stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion modern QA practices, tooling, and processes.
  • Introduce improvements that enhance testing efficiency, coverage, and speed of delivery.
  • Promote a quality-first mindset across the Move programme.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in QA Engineering, Test Management, or Quality Engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing testing strategies across complex programmes involving multiple systems and teams.
  • Strong experience with test automation frameworks and automation strategy.
  • Experience leading or coordinating offshore QA teams.
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation or technology programmes.
