What you'll be doing;

  • Plan, organise, direct, and control project activities, including managing additional contracted labour if needed.

  • Create and implement a new system compliant with Veolia standards and references.

  • Survey plant areas and document findings with minimal supervision, utilising existing documentation.

  • Develop a quality management system for all technical documentation (structural, mechanical, process, and electrical plant).

  • Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Central Projects Team, Operations, and Compliance).

  • Review technical documentation, identify inaccuracies, and work with stakeholders to rectify and update, using CAD when appropriate.

  • Establish and utilise symbology and nomenclature compatible with original and new plant (e.g., KKS system).

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve documentation quality and create a flow chart for document update and control processes.

  • Establish document control protocol for sign-out, modification, and sign-in of controlled technical documents.

  • Ensure all changes and updates are mapped through the Management of Change system.

What we're looking for;

  • Proven experience in a quality / assurance role

  • Knowledge of CAD software 

  • Working knowledge of google software

  • Create templates, manage process around the organization

  • File documentation in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage

  • Maintain confidentially around sensitive documentation 

  • Attention to detail, and accuracy 

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field

  • Software knowledge AutoCad and solidworks ,3D software

  • Prepare ad hoc reports on projects when required
