Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate for our office in Maidenhead.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Log and track customer complaints in our internal system, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage the complaints inbox, respond to customer queries, and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
  • Engage with customers by addressing their inquiries and facilitating communication.
  • Handle complaint samples in accordance with established procedures related to the complaint process within the office.
  • Contribute valuable feedback and insights into the complaint and consumer service processes to foster ongoing improvements and advancements.
Requirements

Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer relations and customer service.
  • A background and/or education in life sciences or healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support-related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
  • A strong sense of responsibility and appreciation for adhering to established routines in our daily operations is essential.
