Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Log and track customer complaints in our internal system, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage the complaints inbox, respond to customer queries, and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
- Engage with customers by addressing their inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Handle complaint samples in accordance with established procedures related to the complaint process within the office.
- Contribute valuable feedback and insights into the complaint and consumer service processes to foster ongoing improvements and advancements.
Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in customer relations and customer service.
- A background and/or education in life sciences or healthcare is highly desirable.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
Personal Characteristics:
- Proven experience in customer service or support-related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously
