Liaising with and responding to a variety of technical and compliance enquiries from customers, depots and head office colleagues
Compiling and completing customer/prospective customer questionnaires/portals in a timely manner, as well as updating associated documentation.
Maintaining accurate and up to date records and logging of technical enquiries on our database, whilst ensuring the customer remains at the heart of all we do.
Acting as an interlink between our suppliers and customers to support commercial activity with all their technical related enquires covering all business sectors.
Ensuring that new products coming into the business meet all legislative and quality requirements
Degree qualified in a science-based subject and/or with some experience in a customer facing service /support role.
ideally gained in a similar technical environment.
