Flawless is pioneering the future of film and television through AI-driven localisation, enabling stories to transcend language barriers with unprecedented authenticity. Within the FFX team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, security, and delivery of media assets across a fast-paced, highly collaborative production environment. As a QC/IO Specialist based in London, you’ll own key workflows that directly impact the quality and scalability of our output, working closely with artists, producers, and pipeline teams across global offices.

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and dependable QC/IO specialist who can bring structure, rigour, and consistency to our London operations. This role is essential to scale our production capacity as we take on an increasing volume of POC and client work. You’ll act as a central operator across QC and data workflows, partnering cross-functionally with FFX teams and ensuring that assets are handled, reviewed, and delivered to Flawless standards. The ideal candidate is autonomous, organised, and thrives under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality.
Responsibilities:
QC
Perform quality control checks on source and deliverable media, ensuring adherence to Flawless standards
Identify and communicate issues clearly to relevant stakeholders across production and technical teams
Maintain consistency in QC processes across London and LA workflows
Data I/O & Asset Management
Manage ingest, transfer, and delivery of media assets for London-based projects
Operate and monitor secure file transfer workflows using tools like Aspera and Media Shuttle
Ensure compliance with TPN protocols and internal security standards for all asset handling
Workflow Ownership & Collaboration
Take ownership of QC/IO tasks for London-based projects once fully ramped
Collaborate closely with VS, VFX, Producers, Coordinators, and Pipeline TDs to support production needs
Support cross-functional requests from teams such as Marketing, Science, and Film Innovation when needed
Qualifications:
3+ years experience working across QC and IO workflows within a post-production environment
Proficiency in industry software, including NLE and mastering systems such as Resolve
Knowledge of TPN protocols and secure file sharing practices for production assets
Experience with asset transfer tools such as Media Shuttle and Aspera
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask across projects
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CLI operations
Experience with VFX software such as Nuke
Familiarity with cloud-based storage systems, such as AWS
Experience with project management systems like Autodesk Flow (Shotgrid)
