QA Testing & UX Research

This role is remote and can be executed globally. However, to facilitate working with the product team, we prefer candidates based in GMT-5 to GMT+3.

We are looking for someone to obsess over making sure the UX throughout our product is consistently excellent - from the marketing website and the first time the user signs up, to creating a 10-hour audiobook or a voice agent. You’ll spend the majority of your time testing out the core flows and checking for issues with the UX (mainly user experience but it could have been bugs we’ve introduced) and you’ll supplement this with running user interviews and watching session recordings. You will then highlight issues and propose fixes (whether copy or UX changes) to the team that owns the flow.

We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for UX with great product intuition and has a meticulous personality that lends themselves to being incredibly passionate about making sure all areas of the product are great. We want someone who would be excited and obsessed about doing this for the coming years. We are open to a variety of backgrounds including UX researchers, PMs, UX designers and frontend leaning engineers.
