Does this sound like you?

As the QA Specialist, you’ll act as a quality control ambassador and the subject matter expert for Flagstone’s Operations processes, ensuring that all client applications and client files are completed to the highest standard and in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll champion the continuous improvement of service standards to deliver a premium and secure onboarding experience to customers. 


What you’ll do:

Risk Management – You’ll be responsible for contributing to risk management at Flagstone and adhering to Complaints Policy, KYC & AML Policy, Health & Safety, Treating Customer Fairly 

Process Efficiency – You’ll be responsible for contributing ideas and supporting the implementation of process efficiencies within the QA Team and across the Operations Team. 

Stakeholder Management – You’ll manage the relationships across the Operations Team and deals with internal queries as the first point of contact. Responsible for providing real time feedback on any areas of concern in relation to the customer journey. 

Reporting – You’ll be responsible for owning and building the QA dashboard to ensure effective reporting. 

Quality – You’ll conduct QA on Customer Contact and workload to ensure policies and processes are followed correctly and excellent service is provided. 


Additional responsibilities:

  • Champion the future vision of the Operations QA Team  
  • Coach and mentor the Operations Team to develop their skillsets and support them in becoming SMEs 
  • Stakeholder management with members of the Operations Management Team  
  • Help to deliver the Operations QA strategy 
  • Produce and maintain QA reporting  
  • Contribute ideas to optimise process efficiencies across the Operations Team 
  • Deliver tailored training sessions based on QA findings to upskill the Operations Team 
  • Proactively contribute to OKRs and KPIs across the Operations QA Team. 

What you’ll bring:

  • ICA Qualification in AML/KYC or equivalent work experience 
  • 2+ years’ experience working as a Senior Onboarding Executive within a Fintech/financial services environment  
  • Advanced knowledge in AML/KYC - customer and enhanced due diligence, sanctions, PEP, Adverse media and Financial Crime related screening 
  • Familiarity with regulators and the regulatory audit process in financial institutions  
  • Familiarity with background and identification screening tools such as Comply Advantage, Lexis Nexus, World-Check, GBG or similar
