About the role:We're looking for a Middle+ QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join the team in a shared capacity across three fintech products. The role is hands-on: release verification, automation support, audit-related testing - wherever the current priority sits.
Key responsibilities:- Writing and maintaining automated tests (UI and API level)
- API testing as part of integration and regression coverage
- Manual testing across active releases: feature acceptance, smoke, regression
- Creating and maintaining test cases and suites in TMS for financial flows
- Triaging automation failures during release cycles
- Supporting audit-related testing activities as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Picking up urgent business tickets when delivery priorities require it
- 3+ years in QA, with fintech experience - payments, banking, e-money, crypto or iGaming
- Hands-on experience automation with Python and Playwright
- Experience with API testing
- Jira + TestRail/ Zephyr/ QASE as part of your daily workflow
- Fluent Russian and a good working proficiency in English
- Experience with SEPA, IBAN, card processing (Visa/Mastercard schemes)
- Familiarity with crypto-to-fiat flows
- Familiarity with PCI DSS
