We believe effort spent on tiny little details brought us to where we are today. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to own and drive some of the quality assurance process to enable the Goodnotes team to continue to deliver elegant and delightful solutions, whether they are in code or visible to users.
- Be the voice of Quality as part of a Cross-Functional Product team
- Manage manual QA contractors delivery
- Enhance and expand our UI automation test suite to improve coverage
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and implement quality assurance processes and activities
- Work closely with our product and engineering team to anticipate new features and ensure their testability
- Manage and execute test cases (both manual and automated) to ensure all shipped features/updates are meeting our quality bar
- Assist Customer Support team in debugging/reproduce complex issues reported by users
- Analyse and manage bugs tickets
- Planned and implemented best practices and tools for software QA plan
- Actively contributed on UI automation
- Experience mentoring les experience team members or contractors
- Extensive hands on experience with manual testing and planning on multiple platforms (e.g. iOS, Mac, Android, Windows)
- Experience in designing and executing all quality assurance process for a new product from ideation to production
- Particular attention to details

- A role-specific technical interview to discuss your background and skill set for this role more in detail involving low level bug finding & code/pseudocode writing,
