Job Summary

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios and create comprehensive test plans.
• Design, write, and execute test automation scripts covering integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Ensure product quality by identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and adhering to best practices and methodologies.
• Actively contribute to Agile development processes and maintain a focus on product quality throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand product requirements to develop the overall automated test strategy and approach.
• Participate in the user story definition process and write test scenarios.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
• Provide effort estimates for all planning activities.
• Design and write test automation scripts to ensure full coverage of all product requirements.
• Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables in terms of design, robustness, and timelines by applying best practices and methodologies.
• Work closely with product management, QA, UI designers, and front-end and back-end developers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with Playwright and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of testing websites, back-end applications, and associated technologies.
• Proven expertise in popular test automation tools and test strategies.
• Experience in test automation for integration testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience in writing automated test scripts for both APIs and GUI.
• Familiarity with continuous integration processes and code quality checks.
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of testing.
• Passion for product quality and pragmatic focus on essential product components.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, product management, and architecture teams.
• Ability to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
