Where and how we work?

We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK) and Bucharest (RO). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.


Long story short, you will

play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through a balanced approach of manual testing (50%) and test automation (50%). With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, you will work closely with developers and manual QA team members to design, implement, and improve our testing processes.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design and execute both manual and automated test cases.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts.

  • Execute and analyze automated test suites, identifying defects and suggesting process improvements.

  • Perform manual testing for complex scenarios or where automation is not feasible.

  • Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.

  • Advocate for testing best practices and contribute to the improvement of QA processes.

  • Assist in root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues.

  • Support the transition from manual to automated testing by mentoring team members and promoting automation adoption.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise :
  • 4+ years in QA, including 2+ years in test automation

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cucumber)

  • Familiar with MySQL/MariaDB and REST API testing

  • Proficient in JavaScript or similar

  • Solid understanding of SDLC and agile

  • Hands-on with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience using Jira, Xray, or similar tools

  • Performance testing knowledge (JMeter, K6) is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

  • iGaming industry experience is a plus
