Our tech teams keep us running 24/7 to make sure all our patients get world class service. To support that, this role may include participation in an out-of-hours rota as required by the business. We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods.
This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow a career in Quality Assurance within a supportive, Agile technology team. As a QA Analyst, the role focuses on learning how to test modern digital healthcare services that support millions of patients across the UK.
Working alongside experienced QA Analysts, Developers, and product teams, the role contributes to ensuring new features are safe, reliable, and high quality. Full training and mentoring are provided, with the opportunity to build skills across manual testing, exploratory testing, and, over time, automation testing.

What you’ll be doing?
· Working as part of an Agile delivery team, supporting the testing of new and existing features
· Learning how to analyse requirements and understand how systems should behave
· Executing manual and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications
· Logging defects clearly and accurately using tools such as Jira
· Supporting regression testing ahead of releases
· Working closely with developers and senior QA colleagues to understand issues and solutions
· Gradually learning automation testing concepts and tools as experience grows
Who are we looking for?
· A keen eye for detail and a logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
· Interest in learning test automation
· Exposure to Agile ways of working (desirable)
· Experience working in a similar role (desirable)
· Basic familiarity with software, apps, or digital platforms
· Awareness of tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar (desirable)
· A strong interest in technology, software quality, or testing
· Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board
