The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong application development experience and a solid interest or background in AI. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications while contributing to AI-driven features and solutions. You’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
• Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and microservices
• Develop and deploy AI/ML-powered features and workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models into production systems
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Proven experience in application development (web, backend, or enterprise applications)
• Experience working with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar)
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git)
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models into production (preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with data pipelines, model monitoring, or MLOps practices
• Frontend exposure (React, Vue, or similar) is a plus
