The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Publisher Development Representative focused on growing our survey delivery capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new supply partners through prospecting and utilizing our CRM. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality and a proven track record of lead generation, overseeing the onboarding of new accounts through close of the deal. In addition, this candidate is creative with their reach out campaigns and able to target unique traffic sources. This position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to commute to our London office 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential supply partners that align with PureSpectrum’s quality standards.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute creative and persistent multi-channel outreach campaigns (including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn social selling) to capture the attention of top-level decision-makers.
  • Partner Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover prospect details, capabilities and current monetization strategies to qualify the lead.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain impeccable data hygiene by logging all interactions and managing your lead pipeline within the CRM PipeDrive.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate high-quality discovery meetings for senior leadership, providing comprehensive handoff notes to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Onboarding Support: Oversee the initial onboarding phase for new supply accounts, ensuring partners are successfully integrated and primed for long-term delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends and potential new audience verticals.
  • Conference Engagement: Represent PureSpectrum at key industry conferences to generate in-person leads and build the brand’s North American presence.

Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience
  • Proven track record in prospecting qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process
  • Demonstrated experience getting the attention of top level decision makers within strategic target organizations to schedule discovery meetings and fill the pipeline
  • Knowledge of how rewarded surveys are implemented across apps, games, and websites is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Free-To-Play market; how it operates, current monetization trends, and how surveys fit into the ecosystem is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
  • Strong AI skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
