8x8 is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) that has a successful track record in the field selling Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions and deep knowledge of 8x8 solutions and differentiators.

You will be placed at the forefront of our evolution and tasked with driving and executing 8x8's enterprise market. As an integral part of our enterprise business, you will be tasked with understanding the communications needs of large-scale customers and designing solutions to meet their unique business needs. 8x8 is the trusted provider of secure and reliable cloud-based unified communications and contact center solutions to more than 50,000 businesses operating in over 150 countries across six continents.

You will be responsible for working through prospecting, proposal, contract, installation, and on-going service. The Account Executive will need to meet or exceed all assigned sales objectives, complete regular sales forecasting with accuracy and attend ongoing sales & certification training.

Responsibilities

Pipeline creation - business planning, campaigns, joint partner events, prospecting with partners

Joint Selling - lead customer meetings, demos, quotes, proposals

Close deals - involved with all aspects of deals including price and term negotiations management of the entire sales cycle

Ongoing Partner Support - establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partner representatives

Direct customer selling with partners required Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business for 8x8 to agreed annual qualitative and quantitative targets, increasing yearly.

Focused on winning the most relevant key players in vertical markets but not limited to E-Commerce, Transport/Logistic, Digital Marketplaces, Bank and Insurances, and building great relationships with them.

Actively and successfully manage the entire sales process.

Manage and develop the sales pipeline, ensuring that all sales administration is kept up-to-date.

Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.

Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.

Qualifications

8 + years of solution-based Enterprise level selling required (Hosted Solutions, Contact Center, UCaaS, SaaS highly preferred

Must have experience selling cloud contact center software

Ability to generate pipeline directly (A proven sales hunter and closer)

Proven experience working successfully with a wide range of channel partners

Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling while consistently meeting and exceeding quota Outside / field selling experience required; willingness to travel to customer sites regularly

Skilled with creating and delivering presentations, online web demos and remote sales processes

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
