Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within a marketing team in the past - someone who understands the corporate and the field components, respectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and regions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, communication and media strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic external communications strategies and plans to enhance Cellebrite’s reputation, increase employee engagement and build the firm’s brand in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key members of the media in the EMEA region, and pitch stories that showcase Cellebrite's thought leadership, innovation, and customer success.
  • Work closely with field marketing to optimize and maximize the effectiveness of industry events.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, executive bios, thought leadership content (future-forward point of views on emerging trends), customer testimonials, and speaking proposals (in alignment with field marketing).
  • Develop external communications calendar and help ensure senior leaders buy-in and adhere to agreed timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of communications activities and content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Works closely with our Director of Brand and Storytelling to tone of voice alignment across all content.
  • Evangelize content strategy best practices and facilitate content alignment and efficiency through a centralized, consolidated and coordinated methodology for content lifecycle management.
  • Coach managers and leaders in effective communication and consistent messages to key stakeholders and within their teams.
  • Manage agency or vendor budgets as applicable.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or content marketing, preferably in a B2B/B2G technology or public safety industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful communications strategies and plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong content creation background, with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in content strategy and operations, with the ability to manage the content lifecycle and optimize the content library and operations.
  • Experience in working with public relations agencies and freelancers and managing budgets and contracts.
  • Bilingual or trilingual, with fluency in English and French and/or German (Italian and Spanish a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.לל
  • Core knowledge of marketing communications, reputation management, issues management, digital communications, communications planning and strategic message development.
  • Proven experience overseeing communications programs to measurably improve a company’s reputation and brand awareness.
  • Strong business acumen and analytic skills.
  • Proven ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Change agent with a proven ability to build business cases and consensus for new ideas across workgroups, departments and business units.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills along with excellent communication and executive communication ability.
  • Solid team building and managerial skills.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects/deadlines.
  • Ability to travel.
