Role:
As Provisioning Analyst you will be responsible to keep JIRA, CRM and other Windcave systems up to date with accurate data. Ensuring a high level of attention to detail when setting up accounts and ensure all client interaction is highly professional and responsive, whilst contributing to the positive and smooth operation of the provisioning team.
This is an exciting Graduate / Entry Level opportunity for a motivated and committed candidate to get a career head start in IT in a high growth organization coupled with excellent career ladder opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage live and development accounts across our payment solutions (E-commerce, EFTPOS, unattended systems)
- Ensure all requests are completed within agreed SLA timeframes
- Maintain accurate data across systems such as JIRA, CRM, and ERP platforms
- Perform updates and maintenance on existing client accounts
- Support hardware provisioning and ensure availability aligns with business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, support) to deliver seamless setups
- Assist with reporting, projects, and process improvements
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the provisioning team
Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows systems
- A genuine interest in technology or fintech
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- High level of ownership and follow-through
