About the company

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category — the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy — full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We're the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we're accelerating.

Role overview

We're looking for a Provider Manager to own the performance of our provider network — the core supply engine of the business. You manage existing providers, hunt and onboard new ones, and hold every partner accountable to quality, volume, and consistency. Your success is measured in revenue impact, not relationships maintained.

Supply is the business. If providers underperform, the marketplace stalls — and that's on you to prevent, not report on.

Requirements:

2+ years managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or external performance-based relationships — with revenue on the line.

Proven track record holding external partners accountable to hard quality and delivery standards, not just checking in.

Experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding external partners end-to-end.

Data-driven by default — you make decisions from performance dashboards, not gut feel or vendor excuses.

Highly organized — can run 50+ active provider relationships without losing signal on any of them.

English C1+; you communicate with US-based providers daily and every message must be sharp and clear.

AI-first by default — if you are not already using AI to 3x your sourcing, monitoring, and communication output, you will be behind.

High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own the full provider lifecycle — sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding — no handoffs.

Monitor provider performance daily across lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and refund rates, and act before drops hit revenue.

Identify quality issues and delivery drops early with evidence, and drive them to resolution — not escalate them.

Push providers to improve output and marketplace fit; kill underperformers publicly instead of carrying them.

Build and maintain a live pipeline of new providers so supply grows continuously and no single provider can hold the marketplace hostage.

Reduce concentration risk by expanding and diversifying the provider network on a rolling basis.

Negotiate terms, payouts, and SLAs that align provider incentives with marketplace outcomes.

Collaborate tightly with client-facing, product, and ops teams to match provider output to real demand.

Track competitor supply moves and know where providers are being poached from or to before it shows up in your numbers.

This is not for you if

You manage partners by vibes and check-ins instead of metrics.

You avoid hard conversations and let underperformers coast.

You wait for dashboards to be built for you instead of digging into the data yourself.

You've only ever managed a handful of vendors and call it "partnerships."

You want a stable book of accounts to maintain — this role is about growing and cutting supply constantly.

You want the playbook handed to you — building it is the job.

What we expect from you (first 3 months)

We don't do long onboarding: access on day one, context in days, provider conversations in week one.

End of week 1: you have audited the current provider network, met the top 10 providers, and identified the 5 biggest risks to supply quality or volume with evidence.

End of month 1: you have onboarded your first new providers, taken action on at least 2 underperformers, and stood up a live performance view covering quality, volume, conversion, and refunds across the network.

End of quarter 1 (the bar): the network is measurably more diversified, at least one concentration risk is eliminated, underperformers have been cut or turned around, and net supply quality and volume are up on your watch.

Nice to Have:

Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketplace businesses.

Familiarity with performance-based payouts, rev-share, or CPA/CPL models.

Background in affiliate management or supply-side operations.

Experience building or scaling vendor/provider operations from scratch.

Comfort with SQL, BI tools, or lightweight data work to interrogate provider performance yourself.

What We Offer:

Impact: Own the supply engine of a product-led, AI-powered marketplace where your decisions directly move revenue.

Autonomy: High ownership, low bureaucracy, and real authority over the provider network.

Flexibility: Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication. Some overlap with US and Dubai time zones for weekly reviews.

Compensation: Competitive fixed base salary, discussed individually at the interview stage.

Team: Join a smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff.

Time Off: 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually.

Growth: Unlimited learning policy — paid courses, books, and growth resources.

AI-Heavy Environment: AI is deeply embedded across prospecting, research, and workflows.

Ownership: Real decision-making power and direct ownership of your outcomes.

Location: Remote — United States or Europe/CIS.
