The Customer Success Associate sits in our Revenue team and is responsible for onboarding, engaging and growing newly acquired customers for REalyse. You will report to the Head of Revenue directly. The ideal profile we are looking for is someone who has worked in residential real estate development, agency, investment or a PropTech SaaS business. We welcome ambitious individuals that want to move from Agency to the real estate Tech world.

Responsibilities:

The CS Associate will onboard, engage and grow REalyse customers across the United Kingdom to help REalyse achieve solid retention and sales growth.

Using your background experience in real estate, you will be able to easily understand the problems faced by developers/investors/lenders/agents in gaining access to quick and reliable information and be able to demonstrate to them how REalyse products can solve these issues.

You will be measured on monthly and quarterly renewal targets. Specifically, the CS Associate will do the following:

  • Onboard, Engage and Grow REalyse Platform and API customers with active Client sessions and Demos.
  • Manage a book of existing customers across the UK by doing online Demos and meeting customers in person.
  • Demonstrate the REalyse product to prospective customers to illustrate product capabilities and identify the matches to clients’ business needs.
  • Negotiate and execute customer contracts that meet both REalyse and customer needs.
  • Log meeting notes and be up to date in our Salesforce CRM
  • Learn and network within the wider commercial property market.

Requirements

Background requirements:

  • Must be a people person, experience in client engagement in real estate is a plus.
  • Familiar with client pitches, and understanding of real estate is beneficial.
  • Experienced with site sourcing and viability assessment is a plus.
  • Experience with contacting and negotiating with third parties and decision makers.
  • Must be open to using AI, as we are an AI first organisation.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and close deals.
  • Confident in communicating with new people on complex topics.
  • Ability to thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture.
  • Personal resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality.
  • Proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn, or experience of using Salesforce as a key sales tool.
  • Legal rights to live and work in the UK.

Key aspects we’re looking for all sales candidates:

  • Stickability / grit - not a job hopper. Sticks at something for over 3 years.
  • Excellence - something outstanding they have done outside of work or in a work environment that's pushed them out of their comfort zone.
  • University degree.
