The Proposition Lead supports the design, development, and delivery of customer propositions across the New Build and Energy as a Service sectors. This can involve B2B, B2C, or mixed B2B2C propositions. This is a flexible role; work allocation is based on organizational priorities, as well as the individual's experience and skills.

The role works closely with proposition managers and senior leadership to ensure new and existing propositions are designed around customer needs, are commercially viable, and are delivered effectively to market.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of propositions, from concept through to launch and in-life optimisation.

  • Support proposition managers with business case development, market research, and competitor analysis.

  • Draft proposition requirements and work with operations, digital, technology, and delivery partners to bring solutions to market.

  • Monitor performance of live propositions (adoption, usage, margin, CX, NPS) and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure propositions are aligned with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company strategy.

  • Contribute to the design of customer journeys and experiences, ensuring simplicity and accessibility.

  • Work across multiple proposition areas as resource demand shifts.

Are we the perfect match?

  • Experience of working with developers, social housing providers, installation services, and/or the new build market is desirable

  • Experience in product, proposition, or project delivery roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Good communication skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of the retail energy market

  • Knowledge of low-carbon technologies (EVs, solar, heat pumps, battery storage).

  • Familiarity with customer research, data analysis, or business case development
