We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our sales process by leading HiBob's proposal response process from end to end. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive, compelling responses that effectively communicate HiBob's value proposition and capabilities. In addition to proposal management, this role will assist in the development and curation of a repository of proposal-related information and collateral.
You will be the go-to resource for proposal development in the UK/EMEA/IL regions, occasionally supporting your Americas-based colleagues depending on workload balance. About The Team
This role will report to HiBob's RFP Manager as part of our greater Sales Engineering team, an integral part of the HiBob Go-To-Market organisation. The RFP team is a small but mighty team that supports the global sales organisation in developing winning proposals. We are expected to act as leaders of our domain, simplifying complex proposal responses through strategic planning, clear direction, and effective content development. We do this by partnering with other functions internally (professional services, product, engineering, success, marketing etc.) and working proactively to stay up to date on HiBob's products and services.
Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with RFP tools like Loopio/RFPIO, etc., as well as G-Suite
  • Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus
