The Role 

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI team and help shape how we design, test, and deliver intelligent solutions for our clients. This is a rare opportunity to play a leading part in a new and rapidly evolving discipline, working at the intersection of technology, governance, and product innovation. 

As a Prompt Engineer, you will translate ideas into real outcomes. You will scope, experiment, and test AI-driven solutions that solve meaningful problems for our users and create measurable value for the business. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, bringing structure, curiosity, and precision to how we build and deploy AI features. 

This is an individual contributor role where you will have real ownership and impact. You will help shape our approach to prompt engineering, define best practice, and raise the standard for how we use AI across the company. 

Main Responsibilities

• Scoping and designing AI solutions that improve decision making and governance for our clients 

• Translating high level briefs into clear, testable requirements 

• Running structured experiments and evaluating the results with a critical and scientific mindset 

• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and User Research to develop feasible, valuable solutions 

• Applying your technical knowledge to automate and scale prompt engineering processes 

• Keeping pace with emerging AI developments and bringing fresh ideas into the team 

• Contributing to the development of prompt engineering standards and mentoring colleagues as the discipline grows 

• You are curious, process driven, and eager to learn in a fast-moving field 

• You bring an understanding of AI, machine learning, or large language models, and you are motivated to deepen that knowledge 

• You have experience in or exposure to a coding language such as Python, SQL, or command line scripting 

• You combine analytical rigour with creativity and can design and test experiments that generate meaningful insight 

• You are a confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams 

• You take initiative and ownership, balancing attention to detail with strategic awareness 

• Experience with AI enabled products would be an advantage but curiosity and a growth mindset are just as valuable
