Join Our Team – Project Support Role | Fixed Fire Detection - Sunbury-on-Thames

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making things run smoothly? We’re looking for a Project Support professional to join our Navy Fixed Fire Detection Team team in Sunbury. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting major defence contracts, working alongside experienced project managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the backbone of project delivery, ensuring everything from documents to deliveries is right where it needs to be. Your day might include:

  • Managing document control and uploads using Windchill
  • Creating and collating document packs for submission (no technical content)
  • Supporting QA documentation and compiling reports
  • Assisting procurement by building supplier-specific purchasing lists
  • Sending and organising RFQs, processing orders, and tracking deliveries
  • Coordinating logistics, exports, and preparing essential shipping documents

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Strong experience in project admin and logistics
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office
  • A flexible, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks independently

Preferred

  • Experience in procurement or export control
  • Willingness to travel if needed

This role will require BPSS clearance prior to joining, and Security Clearance (SC) will be arranged.
