Superside is looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Project Support Operations Associate to help deliver outstanding creative experiences.



As part of our high-impact Project Support Operations (PSO) team, you’ll help shape how we support creative projects and directly influence customer success and account health. This role will allow you to work cross-functionally, gain valuable experience in operations, and make a real impact on our growing company.



Reporting to the Ops Insights & PSO Lead, you’ll collaborate with the broader Operations team to identify trends and implement innovative solutions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate and resolve escalations, analyzing internal and external concerns that arise throughout the project lifecycle
  • Generate insights and share conclusions on potential risks and quality issues that may impact account health
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Success and Ops teams to brainstorm and implement solutions to customer concerns
  • Identify performance trends by analyzing escalated projects, categorizing root causes to inform continuous improvement efforts
  • Coach and support Creative Project Managers, Creative Leads, and Team Leaders in handling project-related challenges and escalations

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, ideally in tech-related companies or fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to high-quality work, with personal accountability and reliability
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with GSuite and familiarity with design software
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • A clear understanding of customer satisfaction and potential challenges that impact the customer experience
