We are looking for Project Supply Chain Manager to join our team.  

 

 

The opportunity  

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will provide support to the business by ensuring that all purchasing and logistics activities align with corporate policies and procedures.  

 

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Setting the supply chain strategy for projects in both the tender and execution phases 

  • Leading the interface with internal and external supply chain partners during tender and execution phases 

  • End to end management of the supply chain for products, materials and services on behalf of the Grid Integration Business 

  • In Collaboration with other functions, ensure the alignment of supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of scope, commercial / contractual, technical specification, quality, delivery schedule, sustainability and price.  

  • Initiating & negotiating purchase orders, contracts and supplier agreements in accordance with business processes and procedures. 

  • Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues. 

  • Identifying and qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists. 

  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business. 

 

 

Your background  

 

  • More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management in a project team environment.  

  • Experience with high voltage electrical and mechanical products, control and protection systems and associated services would be advantageous 

  • Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 

  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of SAP, and Office 365 applications. 

  • Fluent in English language (written & spoken). 

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong negotiation skills. 

  • Results oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills. 

  • Mastery in balancing stakeholders, both external and internal. 

  • A technical bachelor's degree (such as Industrial or Electrical Engineering) would be considered a plus but is not indispensable.
