This is a hybrid full time position work from our New York, NY office. Our hybrid schedule requires employees to work from the office 4 days a week and allows for 1 day work from home. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Partner directly with the CTO, developers, and engineering teams to coordinate, track, and deliver key technology initiatives across the organization and various product lines.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and deliverable timelines.
  • Keep the team organized and accountable for strategic and operational commitments.
  • Support internal tools, documentation, and project tracking systems.
  • Facilitate communication between technology, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and milestones.
  • Run recurring project meetings, document updates, assign actions, and track follow-ups to completion.
  • Identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, and risks while proactively working to resolve them.
  • Develop lightweight processes and documentation for repeatable project management and team reporting.
  • Prepare status reports and executive summaries for CTO to present in leadership meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping translate goals and progress in plain language.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of technology vendors, contractors, and new team members.
  • Additional projects and tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of project management or operations experience supporting technology or product teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Confident communicator who can hold team members accountable respectfully and effectively.
  • Experience building and maintaining project and internal documentation and workflows.
  • Comfortable with technical discussions and systems (coding background not required but helpful).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and unafraid to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
  • Skilled in using project tracking tools– preferably JIRA.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize complex information clearly.

Salary range:

  • $100,000 - $110,000 per year
