We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and commercial focus to our delivery process while building strong, long-term client relationships.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects across branding, creative, and web are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
This is a client-facing, commercially driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing delivery, relationships, and growth.
What you will be doing
Client Management & Growth
- Act as the primary contact for your clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
- Lead communication across projects, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to upsell services such as SEO, PPC, content, social, branding, and web
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage projects using sprint-based or phased delivery approaches
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for designers, developers, and strategists
- Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables across projects.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage capacity to ensure smooth delivery
Commercial & Financial Oversight
- Track budgets, profitability, and project performance
- Work closely with the Head of Department on forecasting and invoicing
- Proactively manage scope creep, overservicing, and delivery risks
Reporting & Communication
- Run regular client check-ins and internal status updates
- Present performance insights and recommendations
- Lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all outputs meet brand, creative, and technical standards before delivery

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a project or account management role within an agency
- Strong understanding of branding, creative, and website projects
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (design, development, marketing)
- Commercial awareness, comfortable managing budgets and spotting growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like Teamwork or similar project management platforms (preferred)
