  • Coordinate internal meetings and ensure teams are aligned on priorities, next steps, and deliverables
  • Partner with resource management to plan staffing needs and maintain resource allocations
  • Ensure project outputs meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
  • Collaborate across creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver impactful client programs
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in an integrated marketing, PR, or communications agency environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in fast-paced environments

At Edelman, we understand that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging transform our colleagues, our company, our clients, and our communities. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, and we encourage candidates to apply even if their experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification.
