Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to join our London Project & Development Services team, supporting a growing pipeline of projects.
The role will focus primarily on PBSA refurbishment projects, alongside wider potential project work across healthcare, education, residential sectors.
Working closely with senior project managers and client teams, you will support the delivery of projects from early design and feasibility stages through to construction and completion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex refurbishment and development programmes within a collaborative consultancy environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of projects across student accommodation, healthcare, education and residential sectors
Lead in the management of refurbishment and new-build developments
Contribute to projects from early feasibility and design stages (RIBA 0–3) through to construction and handover
Coordinate project teams including designers, consultants and contractors
Preparation of contract administration duties under JCT forms of contract
Monitor programme, risk, cost and delivery milestones
Prepare client reports and project updates
Attend and contribute to client and stakeholder meetings
Support compliance with Building Safety Act requirements, particularly on higher-rise developments
Maintain strong client relationships and provide high quality project support
Circa 2+ years post-graduate experience within project management, construction consultancy or development
Preferably led residential (BTR, Co-Living, PBSA), ideally including refurbishment projects
A detailed understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration processes
Experience working across multiple RIBA stages, including early design phases
Knowledge of high-rise residential buildings and the Building Safety Act
MRICS qualified or currently working towards APC
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Client-facing with a collaborative approach to project delivery
Well organised, proactive and delivery focused
Work on high profile projects across London and the UK
Exposure to complex student accommodation and refurbishment programmes
