Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in delivering high-end interior design projects from concept through to on-site completion, ensuring quality, programme and client expectations are consistently met. This is a 9 month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

This is a hands-on project management position working closely with the Senior Architect and Senior Project Manager to deliver varied interior architecture projects within a premium, design-led environment. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams while maintaining exceptional standards of delivery and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing interior architecture projects from inception through to completion, including programme, cost and quality control
  • Preparing and issuing project briefs, timelines, deliverables and regular progress reports
  • Coordinating design information, documentation and consultant inputs to ensure alignment with agreed programmes
  • Leading and attending internal and external project meetings, tracking actions and resolving issues proactively
  • Supporting on-site delivery by coordinating construction teams and overseeing installations and completion phases

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You are an experienced and confident Project Manager with a strong background in high-end residential or luxury interior design projects. You will bring a hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach, capable of managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You will communicate clearly and professionally at all levels, remain calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering work of the highest standard. You will also be adaptable and flexible, with the resilience to meet changing business needs, including occasional travel and out-of-hours work.

You will bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering high-end interior design or architectural projects end to end
  • A construction-related degree (such as BA Architecture) with a strong understanding of design and implementation principles
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to quality and teamwork
