- Execution & Monitoring:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Coordinate and facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, team meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication & Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to internal teams, clients, and senior leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts and analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Manage expectations and foster strong, collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and conflict resolution among project teams.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Proactively escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and leadership with proposed solutions.
- Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices within the Marketing Analytics function.
- Document lessons learned and apply them to future projects.
- Analytics Project Focus:
- Manage projects related to data integration, dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), media measurement frameworks, attribution modeling, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Understand the interplay between media strategy, data, and analytics to ensure project outcomes directly support client business objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably within a marketing analytics, media, digital agency, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex data-driven or analytics projects.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is highly desirable.
Skills & Knowledge
