We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Global Legal Department Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience delivering innovation and automation projects that transform how our in-house legal, risk and compliance teams operate.
This hybrid role combines project management and business analysis responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead and deliver process change and automation projects.
The purpose of this role is to support the Global Legal Operations Senior Manager by taking responsibility for specific change projects, managing the teams, delivering the project and reporting regularly on progress.
Key responsibilities and deliverables
Lead end-to-end delivery of business-led change and automation projects.
Perform hands-on business analysis to define requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables and then with SNOW and InTapp Product Management and developers to deliver the desired outcome.
Coordinate small delivery teams (2–3 people), ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Apply project management best practices across mixed delivery modes (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Define and document project scope, approach, benefits, and success metrics.
Track and report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Ensure business change deliverables are well-communicated and embedded into live service.
Support benefit realization through effective planning and stakeholder engagement.
What We’re Looking For
5 years experience in project management, including exposure to business analysis.
Experience delivering IT and business change projects in a global organization.
Proficient in project and change management methodologies
Skilled in analysing and documenting business processes and requirements.
Experience working on process improvement or automation initiatives
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity with small teams.
Familiarity with project tools and techniques (e.g., RAID logs, status reports, Agile boards).
Experience working within the Legal sector, is advantageous
