Location: We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.


We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Data & Analytics team and help turn data into powerful business outcomes. In this role, you’ll organize and prioritize the team’s work, streamline requests, manage key stakeholders, and contribute to engaging workshops that shape our strategy. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and prioritize team's backlog, ensuring tasks are well-structured, documented, and tracked.
  • Collect and consolidate requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Manage expectations by proactively identifying potential risks, delays, or resource constraints.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and Data & Analytics team.
  • Support in preparing project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Track and monitor progress of analytics projects, highlighting dependencies and blockers.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Project Management hands on working experience.
  • Ability to collect, structure, and document requirements clearly.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skill.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Perfect English spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira).
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience supporting agile teams (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Exposure to workshop facilitation and documentation.

Nice to haves

  • Understanding of data analytics concepts, BI tools, or data workflows.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or Python.
  • Experience with Blockchain or De-Fi
