What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Oversight: Manage and deliver Fire Detection projects for military vessels.
Client Collaboration: Interpret technical specifications, contracts, and engage with clients.
Resource Coordination: Work with design teams, suppliers, and procurement specialists.
Logistics & Documentation: Organise shipments, handle documentation, and oversee delivery packages.
Budget & Reporting: Maintain financial responsibility, track costs, and provide billing forecasts.
Planning & Execution: Use MS Project and other tools to ensure smooth project progression.
Travel Opportunities: UK-based role with occasional travel.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and teams
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence & UK Passport
- Ability to obtain SC UK MOD Security Clearance
Desirable Skills:
- Project Management Qualification
- HNC/HND in Engineering or related field
- Marine Industry expertise & MoD contract experience
- Background in engineering manufacturing
- Familiarity with Fire Detection Systems
- Experience using MS Project or planning tools
