Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to lead strategic implementations for some of our largest UK-based customers. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, with a strong focus on managing complex on-premises to cloud migrations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle project management for major client implementations, including complex on-prem to cloud migration projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term success.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and executive updates with both client and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices for implementation and migration.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record managing complex software implementations, including cloud migration from legacy/on-prem systems.
  • Experience working with law firms or within LegalTech required.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or ERP systems is a strong plus.
