Location: This role can be based at our Brighton or London office, on a hybrid model. Minimum 2 days in the office.  


Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our vibrant and collaborative team. You will be at the heart of delivering world-class, innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare marketing sector. You’ll coordinate strategic, creative, and digital teams to plan and execute projects to the highest standard.

 Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and budget.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for projects, maintaining awareness of status, next steps, and challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and client services.

  • Develop and manage project plans, to accurately plan resource needs.

  • Oversee financials of individual projects, performing weekly reviews and reconciliations.

  • Manage third-party vendors contributing to projects.

  • Proactively resolve project issues with a solutions-focused approach.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a marketing agency.

  • Experience managing a variety of projects including digital, print, video, experiential, and social media

  • Healthcare marketing experience, with knowledge of regulatory processes desirable.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and strong technical skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Creative, innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
