SALARY: $75,000 - $95,000 base salary, + bonus

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll collaborate as a member of our Client Success team to oversee product implementations and training of the Canoe platform. Your goal is to demonstrate Canoe's value and guide clients to receive maximum value realization. This will include creating, executing, and managing implementation-focused project plans while also providing Clients with foundational knowledge to drive their successful adoption of Canoe's technology. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to share Canoe's breakthrough technology with the market, work with mission-driven colleagues, and contribute directly to business outcomes.
What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful implementations.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams and the client to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project scope and goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and accountability to drive project success.
  • Become an expert at using and helping others use Canoe's technology offering
  • Lead clients through their Canoe implementation including technology configuration, upstream data connectivity, downstream data integrations, and initial training
  • Organize and conduct client kick-off and weekly project management calls
  • Execute client workflow analysis, design solutions, and aid client integration with Canoe's platform
  • Maintain a dialogue with Canoe's Relationship Management team throughout the implementation process
  • Regularly report project health and expected completion dates of each of your client's implementation
  • Travel may be required, up to 25%


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience leading client onboarding and/or facilitating customer success through project management.
  • Track record of executing professional services workflows for a SaaS-based software product company (preferably B2B)
  • Analytical, data-driven, detail oriented, and resourceful
  • Natural inclination to be proactive across a portfolio of deliverables and relationships
  • Client-centric; a genuine interest to deliver results for customers
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment, sharing best practices, and supporting teammates
  • Communicative with an appetite for continual improvement
  • Prior experience working in a high growth organization
  • Prior experience diving into technical details of projects
  • Prior experience with management consulting, business process outsourcing, or technology related professional services preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree and PMI ACP, DASM, CAPM or PMP certification preferred
